Home At Last Realty is a full service real estate office being started by Jose Garcia and Dianne Castillo, both experience real estate professionals. This start up will begin its operations in the city of Oakland, California in the spring of 2012. While both the owners contemplated the options of acquiring an existing real estate office, they decided that they would prefer to begin their own operations from scratch.
