Lights On Electrical is a full service electrical contractor being started by Andy Powell and Jose Garcia, both seasoned veterans electricians. The firm is fully licensed and bonded and will begin operations in Cleveland, Ohio in the summer of 2015. At the outset both Andy and Jose had looked into purchasing an existing business, but given their extensive experience and the clients that they both bring to the table, they decided not to expend precious capital buying an existing business, and decided instead to set up their own operations.
