What this analysis clearly demonstrates is that the housing tock of Mecklenburg County is much older than the housing stock in the State of North Carolina. This may have to do with the fact that most of the State only witnessed a housing boom in the 1960's compared to the County which seemed to have benefited from a lot of construction post world war II.
With such an aging housing stock, there is little room for doubt that Central Plumbing and Heating will be making its bread and butter in the traditional repair business along with plenty of opportunity for lucrative remodeling projects.
