When we flip this analysis to the high end income brackets, we find that 35.7% of households in Cobb county make between $75k and $200k annually as compared to 27.4% in the state of Georgia. Also 7.6% of all households in the target market of Cobb county boast an income of more than $200k per year - statewide in Georgia only 4.2% of all households can make this claim.
Clearly the distribution of households by income classes for the county and state demonstrates, that Cobb county is more affluent that the state of Georgia on average. A higher level of income distribution is clearly a major plus for Anthony, Christine and Sofia of Spotless Homes. The more affluent the customers in the target market, the more they will be ready, willing and able to afford the cleaning services offered by the firm.
What is also clear is that when marketing to the higher end upscale homeowners, Spotless homes may be able to get higher rates and more work as compared to homes with lower incomes. For the lower end of the market, Spotless Homes may offer packages that do not cover deep cleaning or regular cleaning contracts, but are able to offer the occasional one off regular cleaning package involving less of a financial commitment from the customer.
