Activities like name availability, entity search, filing annual reports, formation documents and many others can be done online. For detailed information on how to conduct business as a Sole Proprietor, General Partnership, Limited Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, S-corporation, C-corporation, or Limited Liability Company we recommend that you get in touch with this office.

In addition to getting valuable information on incorporations and the State Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), you will most likely also be able to obtain the forms and fees required by the State to incorporate or form a business entity; how to file a Doing Business As (DBA) certificate, corporate records and other helpful information on conducting your business in the State.
