The New York State Restaurant Association has a mission to protect, o protect, promote, represent and educate our members to better serve the public; to act as the industry's liaison with all regulatory agencies governing the commercial foodservice industry and to serve as a "legislative watchdog" on federal, state, and municipal levels.
