Northern Ohio Electrical Contractors Association, "NOECA", is an association of independent electrical contractors in Northeastern Ohio who have been in existence since 1962. IEC-OKC, Inc. (Independent Electrical Contractors – Oklahoma City Chapter) was originally created in 1961 by a group of contractors who saw a need for a collective voice for open-shop electrical contractors and a mechanism for training the industry’s future workers. IEC-OKC’s leadership comes in the form of an Executive Board to oversee the affairs of the Chapter and Trustees who oversee the financial obligations of the Apprenticeship Training Program.
